Like I mentioned in a previous post, there’s no quick fix to losing weight. Sure there are sites that offer the best diet pills on the market, but how many are effective without causing serious harm to your body? It’s a risk and probably not worth it in the end.

It only took me so many trial and errors, not to mention years, to come to the conclusion that so many people already know. If you want to lose weight, you have to eat right and live an active lifestyle.

Not lounging around in bed all day, sitting at your computer for long periods of time, or even being a potato couch. It’s all about going out, exercising, and having a good time. (not too much of a good time either hahaha).

It’s sometimes difficult to grasp and achieve especially if you have a busy and stressful life as it is…but it really is the only way to not take serious risks that will put your life in jeopardy.

Sure you can slim down quick with some kind of weight loss surgery…but the risks of that are unbelievable no matter if people say it’s slim to none. There’s ALWAYS risks whenever you have surgery for whatever reasons.

Try to stay positive no matter what route you go, but always remember that to lose weight..you gotta work for it. There’s no quick fix or magic wand.

Have any of you made new year resolutions this year? I’m sure the top of anyone’s list would be losing weight.

Sure you can go out and buy all the diet pills out there…but will they really work without affecting your body in other ways?

I try not to take the chance which is why I have only tried one kind for about a few days. I couldn’t get into it to be honest. There wasn’t any commitment there no matter how much I wanted to slim down.

So I’m looking at other ways such as doing it the hard but effective way of working out at a gym and eating healthier.

I’ve made no big decisions yet as to when I want to star this routine, but it’s coming…soon…as soon as I finish with some personal struggles other than weight loss.

Has anyone ever tried fat burners before?

A friend of mine recommended it and said they burn a lot of fat using a similar product & working out. I’m not entirely sure if I’d try it or not.

It’s hard to find decent products that will help with burning fat. There’s so many that you find in drugstores, but how many of them actually work??

Hum…maybe I’ll do a little searching on the web after I get a list of the ones at my local drugstore. Then I’ll see what others have said about them.

That might work.

Stumbling across random things on the web, has me remembering things from my past. Like for example, an acne cure.

I remember my older sister having really really bad acne as a teenager. She went to see all kinds of specialists and none provided her with the proper treatment. She did come across one certain product which you probably saw the commercial for over and over again on the tv. That stuff works!!

And no…most people don’t get acne from “eating too much chocolate bars” like the dude in the commercial mentions about how people thinks he eats them.

We live in such a superficial world. Come on…it’s true. Almost everyone wants to look or be like someone they saw in a magazine. Even some older women are going to great lengths to find the best anti wrinkle cream in the world just so they can look young as if they were in their 20s.

Just look at a bunch of the older celebrity women out there. You got Janice Dickinson who is just screaming plastic surgery, botox, and other superficial procedures just to make her look young. Then there’s Madonna. She tries too hard to look like a younger celebrities out there.

Come on…you’re suppose to embrace yourself as you get older, not want to look like something you’re not.

When I was working in daycares a few years ago, I noticed many child that have these medical id bracelets stating medical conditions they had.

The amount of children I noticed was actually shocking. It seems that more and more kids are getting allergies or illnesses that were unheard of when I was a child. I wonder what is causing this to happen.

It’s kind of scary thinking that in my future, when I have children, they may have conditions too. I think it’s environmental but I’m not certain.
