So I bought this cool new product. It’s called the Tony Little’s Gazelle Edge Glider. It’s a helps you get 7 exercises in one easy workout. You simply step on the foot pedals and grab the handlebars. Then you easily start to glide. It works your hips, thighs, upper arms, stomach and so much more body areas.
What a great way to stay in shape without doing so much hard work. Plus, you can watch your favourite tv shows while still exercising. That’s what I did LOL! I was just using it for 30 minutes while I was watching tv. Plus, I burned 100 calories easily without no heavy lifting! This is like a dream come true since I’m a lazy ass and not much of an exerciser. But I sure do love this product!!! Guess how much I paid for it? It was only $159.96(CDN) at Wal-Mart. Convenient location to buy it from and such an affordable price. I know there’s many others of you who are currently overweight and don’t like to exercise, but seriously give this a try. It really is great and so easy to use.

This thing is so awesome! I used it for about 2 months, never changing my diet and lost 37 lbs! It also helped lift my rump, which was actually nice.. haha! My legs and arms were so much more tone too! I was unable to bring it to Calgary with me, but can’t wait to get back to using it when I get back to Georgia!

I am definitely going to get one of these! I believe my school has something like this in the gym, but I like to exercise at home, so I can watch TV at the same time!
